Returns

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. The original shipping cost is non refundable, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied.  In order to qualify for a return, the item must be re-packaged back to it's original shipping condition.

Cancellation Policy

We cannot guarantee ship dates.  Orders can be cancelled with refund at anytime before an order has shipped and tracking information has been provided (there may be a 3% credit card processing fee deducted from the refund amount.)  If an order is cancelled after it has already shipped and tracking information has been provided, a 20% restocking fee of the item(s) and a return shipping charge of $199 will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Damage Policy

If an item is damaged or defective, we will work with you to find the best solution. Most damaged/defective items are eligible for free return shipping within 30 days of delivery.  Please notate on delivery paperwork, any product or carton damage upon delivery and take pictures if possible. PLEASE KEEP ALL ORIGINAL PACKAGING.  In order for us to schedule a pick up for return with our shipping carrier, the item must be repackaged in original shipping condition.  (Please note that we cannot guarantee exact finish color.  Some variation between website images and actual finish/fabric color is to be expected as well as natural variations in wood, intentional distressing, etc. through the manufacturing process.  This is not considered a defect and acceptable reason for return.)

  • Order Number
  • Reason For Return
  • Images (if applicable)

We will get back to you within 24-48 hours to confirm and begin processing your return claim.

In the event that an item is severely damaged in transit beyond repair or return, Baker Home Furniture is not responsible for pick up, haul away, or disposal of item(s).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will immediately process your refund minus any return shipping charges.  Refunds will credit back to original payment method in approximately 3-5 business days.
